About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales and Operations to join our team at SUN SET GRILL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market analysis, competitor research, and sales forecasting.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales and operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing functions, ensuring efficient processes, effective resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and operations leadership roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of sales growth, operational excellence, and team leadership; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
