Newtech Renovation Inc is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, preparing production reports, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a productive team
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
