Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at STL Facilities Maintenance LTD.
Job Summary:The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety records, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Recruit, train, and develop construction team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
- Ensure that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- First Aid and CPR certification and a criminal record check.
