Job Title: Construction Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Manager to join our team at STL Facilities Maintenance LTD. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Set up machines and equipment
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • 5-10 people supervision
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Valid driver's licence
