Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at STL Facilities Maintenance LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on the work site
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Valid driver's licence
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles
Work Environment

The Construction Site Supervisor will work outdoors in a dusty environment, supervising a team of 5-10 people. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
