As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and projects
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and site operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities, including equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training of construction workers
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Leading/instructing individuals and teams
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Valid driver's licence
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a dusty environment and will be expected to adhere to all health and safety protocols.
