We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at STL Facilities Maintenance LTD. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and projects
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress and site operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities, including equipment maintenance and repairs
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
- Train or arrange for training of construction workers
- Estimate costs and materials for projects
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Leading/instructing individuals and teams
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
- Valid driver's licence
- First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- Criminal record check
- Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a dusty environment and will be expected to adhere to all health and safety protocols.
