About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative to join our team at NEXA Dental. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Greets patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate area or contact.
    • Provides basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
    • Obtains and processes necessary information to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Support
    • Orders office supplies and maintains a well-stocked and organized front desk area.
    • Records and relays important information to patients and healthcare team members.
    • Schedules and confirms appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
    • Processes invoices and maintains accurate work records and logs.
    • Receives and issues payments, maintaining a secure and efficient financial system.
    • Performs various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
    • Answers telephone calls and relays messages, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Calculates billing charges accurately and efficiently.
  • Work Environment
    • Works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and administrative support.
    • Adapts to changing priorities and deadlines, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train and develop skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Willing to relocate to support the growth and success of NEXA Dental.
    • Relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Language
    • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
