ARC Service Specialist

Job Summary

The ARC Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Reconcile and disburse payments to carriers, brokers, and clients
  • Apply debit to credits and bill transactions
  • Manage activities to identify validity, complexity, and clarity of incoming and outgoing transactions
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, finance companies, and accounting teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Follow up to ensure end-results are obtained and service is delivered within SLAs
  • Work with accounting teams to ensure requests are completed and Salesforce tasks are managed
  • Monitor and respond to emails that create Salesforce tasks
  • Assure that fields are completed correctly and timely in the Salesforce ARC ticketing system
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of training materials and delivery of training to accounting teams
  • Communicate with ARC Leaders to inform them of any obstacles that may cause delay or timeliness of delivering service within SLAs

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in insurance accounting, agency bill carrier payables, and/or cash application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with people
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and provide results
  • Ability to work well with a remote team
  • Leadership skills and ability to develop training materials and deliver training

Additional Requirements

  • Position is remote
  • Must have an efficient and quiet workspace in your home
  • Must live within driving distance of a Hub office
