Job Summary

The ARC Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving service tickets, and reconciling payments to carriers, brokers, and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service tickets in a timely and professional manner
  • Reconcile and disburse payments to carriers, brokers, and clients
  • Apply debit to credits and bill transactions
  • Manage activities to identify validity, complexity, and clarity of incoming and outgoing transactions
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, finance companies, and accounting teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Follow up to ensure end-results are obtained and service is delivered within SLAs
  • Work with accounting teams to ensure requests are completed and Salesforce tasks are managed daily
  • Assure that fields are completed correctly and timely in the Salesforce ARC ticketing system
  • Attend team meetings and participate in training and development activities

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in insurance accounting, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with people
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good eye for detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well with a remote team and enjoy leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied Epic experience

Work Environment

This is a remote position that requires an efficient and quiet workspace at home. The ideal candidate must live within driving distance of a Hub office.
