Do you love to help, train, and support your teammates? Are you good at problem solving and enjoy researching issues to find the answer? We are currently hiring a **Service Analyst** for the Accounting Resource Center (ARC).

ARC is the Accounting Help Desk for the **Hub Financial Center (HFC),** the centralized accounting team for HUB International.

**What you’ll do**
- Research “what went wrong”
- Determine assistance needed and follow the path to resolution
- Follow up to make sure end-result is obtained
- Work with the Accounting units to ensure that requests are completed
- Assure that fields are completed correctly and timely in the ARC ticketing system
- Duties as otherwise assigned

**What you bring to our team**
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Property Casualty insurance accounting or Property Casualty Insurance Account Manager experience including agency bill invoicing
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has a strong belief that client service is the top priority
- Understand that teaching someone how to find the answers is more important than just providing the answer
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy research
- Possess a good eye for detail
- Are able to work independently and provide results
