We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cowan Insurance Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
