About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize knowledge of our products and services to offer valuable advice and solutions to customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
