Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Canadian Banking customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide valuable advice to customers on our products and services
- Take inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and ensure their satisfaction
- Identify customer banking needs and provide customized solutions
- Respond to complaints and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or recognized equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with customers over the phone
