**The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Representative III to join our team. As a Claims Representative III, you will be responsible for analyzing the admissibility and investigating the circumstances of a claim to determine its causes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze claims to determine their validity and potential for subrogation
- Investigate claims to determine their causes and extent of damage
- Provide fair and equitable settlements to policyholders
- Manage claims reserves and prioritize tasks effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve claims
**Requirements**
- Claims adjuster certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in claims adjusting
- Good knowledge of insurance products and regulations
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
