Position Summary

We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our Specialty Pharmacy team in Burnaby, BC. This is a full-time permanent position, and prior experience in specialty pharmacy is an advantage, but not required.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Running the PacMed machine
  • Completing corrections of rolls through PacVision
  • Packaging medications (blister packs, vials, strips)
  • Receiving and sending inventory orders
  • Managing inventory
  • Entering new prescriptions in Kroll, PCC, and/or Catalyst
  • Synchronizing data with our PacMed machine
  • Processing refills in Kroll
  • Organizing and coordinating deliveries to shipping
  • Day-to-day maintenance of our pharmacy operations both independently and in cooperation with teammates
