As a PSW at Bloom Care Solutions, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients. You will provide personalized assistance with daily activities, promote independence, and offer emotional support in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and bathing.
  • Supporting safe ambulation and transfers, promoting client mobility and independence.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a sense of connection and well-being.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and timely information sharing.
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both clients and yourself.
Qualifications
  • Valid PSW certification or diploma is required.
  • First Aid Certificate and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate are essential.
  • A Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening is mandatory.
  • Up-to-date TB test and immunizations are required.
