Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Support Worker to provide administrative support services to various government departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bilingual administrative support services with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Receive incoming calls, arrange appointments, and make referrals.
  • Perform word processing duties, including typing correspondence, reports, and memos.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and file systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and related documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
