Job Summary

This is a senior-level HR Business Partner role that will provide strategic guidance and support to the business leadership team at OpenText Corporation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent development, organizational design, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand key business priorities and talent impact, leveraging data to support future planning.
  • Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to drive business success.
  • Provide expert advice on talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the HR COE to implement programs that align with Global HR Corporate objectives.
  • Communicate HR priorities and goals with leaders to ensure effective partnership and timely implementation of plans.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Human Resource experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to use insights in the business environment to improve talent and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytic capability to identify and diagnose pressing business challenges, uncover insights to enhance decision making, and align organizational strategy to talent decisions.
  • University degree, preferably in business/Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
