Your Impact

The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic and operational role that provides confidential counsel to Senior and Executive level leadership. You will work closely with assigned clients to ensure the company achieves its business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business success through talent planning, employee engagement, and organizational design efforts.
  • Partner with leadership teams to understand key business priorities and talent impact.
  • Communicate HR priorities and goals with leaders to ensure effective partnership and change management support.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the execution of Corporate Programs and Initiatives.
  • Communicate business initiatives and talent-related priorities to the extended HR team.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Human Resource experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity.
  • Customer-focused with proven relationship-building strengths and solid experience developing workforce plans based on business goals.
  • Strong business acumen and analytic capability to identify and diagnose pressing business challenges.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • University degree, preferably in business/Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
