The ALM division dedicated to Dutch pension schemes is in search of a Senior Business Specialist to facilitate growth during the shift to the new pension framework. In this role, you will spearhead ALM analyses, serve as a primary contact for current clients, and participate in high-level dialogues with pension organizations.

  • You will direct ALM analyses and supervise project team members;
  • You will nurture enduring client relationships and act as a primary contact for existing clients;
  • You will engage in high-level dialogues with pension organizations and navigate complex processes.

As a Lead Consultant in Financial Risk Management, you will engage in a diverse range of tasks within Financial Risk Management for both large and small pension schemes. This includes providing guidance on ALM, investment strategies, and risk oversight. You will contribute to working group sessions, board presentations, and deliver training to clients on Financial Risk Management.

You possess robust project management capabilities and can effectively guide colleagues throughout your projects. With a client-centric approach, you are motivated to meet client needs in the most effective manner. You can adeptly navigate transitional processes amidst the complexities of various stakeholders within a pension scheme. Conceptual thinking, analytical prowess, and strong communication skills are vital. You work meticulously and can operate well independently or collaboratively.

  • You hold a university degree in a relevant discipline such as econometrics, economics, or finance;
  • You have 5-10 years of experience as a consultant, actuary, or account manager in the pension sector;
  • You are proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken.
