Role Overview:

As the Director of Strategy and Enablement, you'll play a key role in driving impactful change within the Canadian healthcare system.

In this role, you will oversee Lifemark's strategic planning and execution process, ensuring timely and effective decision-making across the Executive Leadership Team.

You'll lead key initiatives, collaborate with business leaders, and drive projects that are crucial to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate strategic planning meetings to align business objectives with company goals.

Coach the Executive Leadership Team on creating focused, measurable, people-centric objectives that have a clear and measurable impact on the company's performance.

2. Support the Executive Leadership Team in scoping new initiatives, guiding business case development, and solving project-related challenges.
3. Build communication bridges across divisions and corporate support functions to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
4. Utilize strong business acumen and influence at the executive level to drive strategic decisions.
Requirements:
1. University degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy roles within large, fast-paced organizations, preferably in healthcare.
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
