About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our Healthcare Practice in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications marketing campaigns that drive business results for our clients.

As a strategic leader, you will partner with colleagues across Canada and globally to deliver exceptional client service and counsel. Your expertise in healthcare marketing, combined with your ability to build and lead high-performing teams, will be essential in driving business growth and success.

About You

We are looking for a confident and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record of success in healthcare marketing, with a strong understanding of the Canadian regulatory environment and experience with PAAB and ASC.

You will be responsible for leading all aspects of program planning and execution, including thought leadership, reputation management, stakeholder communications, and influencer outreach. Your ability to develop relationships with third-party organizations, healthcare professionals, and caregivers will be critical in driving business results.

Key Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of progressive experience in communications marketing in the health sector
  • Integrated campaign experience
  • Strategic mindset regarding key opinion leader and health influencer program development
  • Experience developing relationships with third-party organizations, healthcare professionals, and caregivers
  • Understanding of core financial constructs, including revenue, profitability, pricing structures, utilization, realization, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Digital experience considered an advantage
  • References that demonstrate your ability to build engaged, highly qualified teams with a strong commitment to overall team success
