About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our dynamic team at Edelman Canada. As a key member of our Healthcare Practice, you will play a pivotal role in leading integrated communications marketing campaigns, collaborating with colleagues across Canada and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead account teams, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and counsel
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, driving business growth and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare communications

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of progressive experience in healthcare communications marketing
  • Proven track record of leading integrated campaigns and driving business growth
  • Strong strategic mindset, with expertise in key opinion leader and health influencer program development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Digital experience and knowledge of core financial constructs a plus
