About the Role

AlayaCare is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive the company's marketing strategy and direction. As the Executive Director, Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for setting and executing the company's marketing priorities, metrics, and overall roadmap to support AlayaCare's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including design, corporate events, digital marketing, product marketing, demand gen, and external communications
  • Partner with sales, account management, and revenue operations to ensure marketing investments drive measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and customer success, to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging best practices in vertical SaaS marketing
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and expenses to optimize ROI across marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with 5+ years in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and thought leadership in a specialized industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing domains, including acquisition channels, data-driven decision-making, and people leadership
  • Experience with ABM, digital, email, events, partnerships, and outbound teams
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools
