Job Title: Senior Territory Manager, Orthopaedics

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Territory Manager to join our Orthopaedics team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the orthopaedic industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and unit growth objectives
  • Service products by scheduling calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives
  • Determine the needs of existing and potential accounts by meeting with and asking in-depth questions of physicians and other hospital personnel
  • Respond to customer needs and concerns regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions
  • Develop relationships with key clinical personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital or private clinics
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations
Qualifications:
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong comfort level in a clinical setting (operating rooms, hospitals)
  • Competitive and focused on achieving goals
  • Ability to build relationships with internal team members, customers, and clinical Key Opinion Leaders
  • Excellent communication skills
Education:
  • University Degree (BSc/BA in business or health-related discipline preferred)
  • MBA is an asset
Work Experience:
  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling a capital portfolio within the medical device industry
