We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Territory Manager to join our Orthopaedics team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our product offerings in the orthopaedic market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and unit growth objectives
- Service products by scheduling calls to meet with current and potential customers
- Determine the needs of existing and potential accounts and develop effective sales strategies
- Respond to customer needs and concerns regarding products and service
- Develop relationships with key clinical personnel to identify new business opportunities
- 3+ years of medical device sales experience
- Experience selling a capital portfolio within the medical device industry
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
