Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our orthopaedic products and services to healthcare professionals and hospitals within a defined geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and unit growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical personnel and purchasing decision makers
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with our products
- Identify new business opportunities and expand usage of our products within current accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in the orthopaedics market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
