Job Title: Senior Territory Manager, Orthopaedics

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Territory Manager to join our Orthopaedics team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of orthopaedic implants and instrumentation to hospitals and medical facilities in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and unit growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical personnel, including physicians and hospital staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with our products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in orthopaedics
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
