Job Title: Senior Territory Manager, Orthopaedics

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Territory Manager to join our Orthopaedics team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our product offerings in the orthopaedic market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and unit growth objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical personnel, including physicians and hospital staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with our products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in the orthopaedic industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
