Position Overview
We are looking for a proficient IT Specialist to become a part of our Software Solutions department. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Expertise in advanced Windows troubleshooting.
- Support capabilities for our software and cloud platforms.
- A solid understanding of IT security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing advanced Windows troubleshooting and support for our software and cloud platforms.
- Collaborating with developers to address technical challenges and improve platform performance.
- Ensuring the security of IT systems and data, in accordance with best practices and company policies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Hospital IT or similarly complex systems.
- Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms and supporting software applications.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage requests effectively.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with JIRA or similar issue-tracking software.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
- Willingness to work on-call or during off-hours as necessary to support IT operations.
- Advanced networking knowledge, including installation, configuration, and management.
- An understanding of IT security tools and protocols.
