About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Coordinator to join our team at Thind Motion Films Private Limited. As a Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our content marketing strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and coordinating special publicity events and promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials to promote our brand and services.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media, develop and implement business plans, and conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Marketing Strategy: Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, develop a portfolio of marketing materials, and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia.
  • Event Coordination: Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Communication: Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities, answer written and oral inquiries, and develop and implement business plans.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Setting: Business and/or industry, various locations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, tight deadlines, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, overtime required, and large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, accurate, dependability, and reliability.
