Career Opportunity: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a driven and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing and optimizing our digital footprint, creating engaging online content, and executing effective strategies to boost customer interaction and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revamp and optimize the company website to ensure it aligns with our brand identity and effectively conveys our value proposition to clients.
  • Develop captivating digital content and marketing materials to improve customer engagement across multiple online platforms.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing the company's digital marketing strategy, emphasizing social media marketing to connect with customers and attract top talent.
  • Oversee the deployment of CRM software to streamline operations and enhance customer relationship management.
  • Conduct market analysis to assess sales potential across different industry segments, identifying avenues for growth and expansion.
  • Establish and execute a robust digital lead generation and qualification process, which includes:

Standardizing CRM usage and ensuring data accuracy within the sales team.

Creating website forms integrated with automated marketing campaigns to qualify leads.

Implementing lead scoring methodologies to prioritize high-value opportunities and enrich pipeline data.

Designing automated dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators.

Collecting valuable customer feedback through various channels, including logging conversations and distributing surveys/questionnaires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with website management and enterprise content management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of social media tools and CMS platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads.
  • Exceptional communication, copywriting, and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse target audiences.
  • Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
