**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence, maintain and update our website, and manage our digital photo assets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for influencer partnerships and campaigns to expand our brand reach.
  • Engage and build relationships with our customers across the US, encouraging them to share photos and content that can be used on social.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive audience and engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create new web pages, landing pages, and optimize existing content for SEO.
  • Work with external developers or vendors for more technical website updates when necessary.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience, implementing improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Organize and manage our library of rendered photos, product images, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure all assets are properly tagged, categorized, and accessible to internal teams for marketing and sales purposes.
  • Maintain the consistency and quality of digital assets across all channels and platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • ~3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their respective best practices.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Ability to pitch creative campaign ideas and present data-driven strategies to secure buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Excellence in content copywriting, delivery, and planning.
  • Team player, self-starter, and result-driven personality with high social competence.
