About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Williams and White Machine Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Develop and execute marketing events, campaigns, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the preparation and production of marketing materials, including reports, briefs, website content, and social media posts.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to promote our brand and products.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Advertising and Promotion: Plan and direct advertising and marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: Experience in marketing or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
