Position Overview

As the Lead Content Marketing Strategist at Rise People, you will spearhead the development and implementation of our content marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with diverse teams, including product development, sales, customer success, and executive leadership, you will ensure that our content is aligned with our brand identity and resonates with our target demographic. This role calls for a strategic visionary with a profound grasp of content marketing and a flair for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a holistic content strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and enhances the customer experience.

Content Production: Create high-quality, engaging materials such as blog articles, eBooks, videos, and webinars. Guarantee that all content maintains brand consistency in style, quality, and tone.

SEO Implementation: Apply SEO best practices to elevate organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Collaborate with the SEO team to identify key terms and optimize content accordingly.

Campaign Coordination: Partner with the marketing team to design and oversee content marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.

Content Distribution: Develop and implement strategies for content distribution to maximize reach and engagement. Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels for promotion.

Performance Monitoring: Track and assess content performance metrics. Leverage data-driven insights to refine content strategies and enhance return on investment.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure content aligns with product messaging and bolsters sales initiatives.

Thought Leadership Development: Position Rise People as a thought leader in the HR, payroll, and benefits sectors by producing insightful and innovative content that addresses industry trends and challenges.

Candidate Profile

4+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, product marketing, or communications, ideally within the B2B SaaS sector.

Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective content marketing strategies.

Outstanding writing and editing capabilities, with a talent for creating compelling and persuasive narratives.

Solid understanding of SEO, keyword analysis, and web traffic metrics.

Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and GA4.

A collaborative team player with keen attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Ability to think creatively and strategically to produce content that resonates with target audiences.

Experience marketing to HR or Payroll professionals is advantageous, but a strong desire to learn about this audience is essential.
