About the Role

Fine Education Org. Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Develop Marketing Strategies

Develop and evaluate marketing strategies to promote our organization's mission and values. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and creating effective marketing campaigns.

Oversee Content Creation

Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including written materials, visual aids, and multimedia presentations. This includes working with internal stakeholders to develop content that aligns with our organization's messaging and branding.

Prepare and Deliver Presentations

Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers. This includes developing engaging and informative content that effectively communicates our organization's mission and values.

Conduct Market Research

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. This includes analyzing market data, identifying opportunities and challenges, and developing strategies to address them.

Manage Digital Presence

Manage our organization's digital presence, including our website, social media, and email marketing campaigns. This includes developing and implementing strategies to increase engagement and drive conversions.

Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff

Supervise office and volunteer staff, including providing guidance and support to ensure that our organization's goals and objectives are met.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

Experience in marketing communications, preferably in a non-profit or educational setting.
