Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Roadhouse Restaurant & Lounge. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and mentor our culinary team to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
