Job Summary

Hegzgroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, reviewing HR projects, and recording meeting minutes.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, order office supplies, and arrange travel itineraries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
