Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at VanGuard Flooring Inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the inventory of products, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
- Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, and that all equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
- Provide training and coaching to sales floor staff to improve their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure that the store is aligned with company goals and objectives.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
