About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated and organized individual to support our General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, developing, and managing talent to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the kitchen, including food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with standards
- Supporting the brewer and collaborating with the Brewery team to develop a culture of beer brewed on site for employees
- Managing administrative and operational tasks, such as cash management, server disbursement, maintenance, payroll, and result monitoring
- Analyzing income statements, operating accounts, and key performance indicators to drive business growth and improvement
