About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Alirang Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
