As a Learning Specialist at CAA Club Group, your primary responsibility will be to create and implement training initiatives that effectively enhance the knowledge and skills of participants. You will leverage your dynamic presentation abilities and various instructional methodologies to deliver engaging training sessions. Staying informed about the latest trends in the insurance sector and the field of training and development will be crucial to ensure that both you and the Learning & Development Team remain at the forefront of industry practices.
Key Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree or diploma, with a keen interest in obtaining Adult Education certification.
- Experience within the insurance sector is advantageous.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the insurance field.
- Proven expertise in developing training programs utilizing various delivery methods.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering training sessions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia is preferred.
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
*This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training purposes.*
