About the Role

5AAB CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk to join our team. As an Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries, sorting, processing and verifying applications, receipts and other documents.
  • Communication: Send and receive messages, prepare and format page presentation, and compile data, statistics and other information.
  • Financial Management: Prepare invoices and bank deposits, perform data entry, and store, update and retrieve financial data.
  • Customer Service: Provide customer service to our clients and stakeholders, including organizing and scheduling office work, preparing and monitoring contracts and budgets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
