Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
- Participate in the design and testing of new applications and software.
- Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
