Job Summary

Cyberatics Ventures Ltd is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing expert assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Participate in the design and testing of new applications and software.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Working Conditions
