Position Overview:
As a Reception Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the guest experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring a remarkable stay.

  • Lead the customer service team at the front desk;
  • Maintain accurate information in OPERA Cloud and ensure appropriate pricing;
  • Address all guest inquiries with professionalism and promptness;
  • Manage arrivals, departures, and billing processes for groups and events;
  • Engage in the recruitment, training, and development of front desk personnel to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction;
  • Perform administrative duties including payroll, scheduling, and performance assessments in collaboration with the front desk manager;
  • Foster positive relationships among staff;
  • Oversee health and safety protocols for guests and team members;
  • Notify security of any guest safety concerns;
  • Participate in team meetings;
  • Serve as a mentor for front desk staff and encourage their professional growth;
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both English and French;
  • Experience with Opera Cloud software or similar systems;
  • Strong computer literacy;
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality or tourism degree program.
