Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Auto Cite Centre de Service. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, organized, and a team player.
