Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at ClubLink Corporation ULC. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 front desk staff members
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures
  • Guest Services
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues
    • Assist guests with special requests and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational metrics
    • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop front desk staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent guest service
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and detail-oriented
    • Client-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Dependable and able to work independently
    • Initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
    • Judgement and decision-making skills
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
