Welcome to League as the Sales Operations Manager. At League, we are looking for a dynamic individual to oversee the sales processes, systems, and technology to drive our business development and sales teams towards success. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will use your expertise in Salesforce to create insightful dashboards and reports for strategic decision-making. This role involves managing and organizing funnel data for lead generation and sales metrics, supporting financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and completeness to drive analytics
  • Lead sales operational metrics reporting using Salesforce
  • Analyze sales reports to enhance funnel activity
  • Support strategic projects for lead generation and sales efficiency
  • Manage Salesforce update requirements and optimization opportunities
  • Measure sales performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Prepare pipeline reporting and facilitate sales forecasting
  • Develop training programs for sales processes and technology
  • Optimize technology tools to align with business needs

Experience Requirements

  • 5-7 years in revenue/sales operations in technology/software
  • Experience in sales territories and strategic account planning
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills

Security-related Responsibilities

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Accountability for executing company policies and procedures
  • Notification of incidents or policy violations

Compensation and Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $120,000 CAD excluding bonus and benefits. The specific salary will be based on skills and experience.
