About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at 1069195 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of 11-15 sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
    • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Lead sales negotiations and manage sales contracts to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Oversee the planning, direction, and evaluation of sales department activities.
    • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the sales team.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a sales or sales management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
