About the Role

The Sales Support Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales success and customer satisfaction for AMOREPACIFIC by ensuring seamless operations, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

This role involves close collaboration with the sales team to execute strategies, provide administrative support, and act as a liaison between the sales teams and retail stores.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support within the beauty industry, with a focus on improving store performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team and Aritaum Stores, including scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Store Management: Work closely with Aritaum store managers to ensure they have the resources, information, and support to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with the SCM team to ensure that stores are adequately stocked and manage the flow of products between warehouses and stores.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team to drive performance.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve the overall customer experience in stores.
  • Sales Promotions: Support in the planning and executing of sales promotions, product launches, and special events in stores.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the point of contact for resolving any operational issues in stores, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of retail operations, particularly in beauty or cosmetics; excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tools and Systems: Experience with inventory management and sales reporting tools is a plus; proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  • Language: Bilingual (English-Korean) is an asset.
